Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with our products, Carui Atelier is happy to offer a full refund in all orders within 14 days, as long as the products were not used and are in their original conditions. We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
To return an item please email us at info@caruiatelier.com and tell us your order number and what items you want to return. We will get back to you within 24 hours with a returns form and will provide all the necessary instructions for our parcel carrier to pick up the returned items at your location, free of charge.
Once you have received the form, please complete it and return it to us by email. Then, carefully repackage your items and hand them directly to our parcel carrier at the agreed day and time.
Once a package is received, checked and approved, a credit for the total order value will be issued and reimbursement will be made available within 14 working days, in the same payment method used for the original order.
Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with our products, Carui Atelier is happy to exchange your articles, without any cost in all orders within 14 days, as long as the products were not used and are in their original conditions. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if these conditions are not met.

We will get back to you within 24 hours with a exchanges form and will provide all the necessary instructions for our parcel carrier to pick up the returned items at your location, free of charge.
